Welcome to the Los Angeles County Chicano Employees Association (LACCEA). My name is Johanna Hernandez and I serve as President. I’m honored to provide our members with the best legal representation available. Our members are the core of the organization. LACCEA is devoted to providing the best resources, support, and trainings to ensure we provide excellent service to County of Los Angeles employees.
LACCEA stands for excellence in leadership and integrity in the spirit of community collaboration. We are committed to providing exceptional client services and living the core values of this organization to the fullest. We are dedicated to enhancing workforce development resources, skill building programs, and wellness education to enhance personal development and career advancement for County employees. Furthermore, we continue to support students’ education by awarding scholarships based on academic achievement and financial need.
Lastly, since our community is essential to our organization, we are excited to announce that we will be launching our first Thanksgiving Turkey giveaway to feed families during the 2023 Thanksgiving season. We aim to bring positive change to the communities where we work and live.
